AMC is Dekanian television network owned by AMC Networks International Dekania. The channel broadcasts movies from 30's to 2000's.
History
AMC was launched on 1st June 2000 as Teleset MGM, Launch of the broadcast for movies from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer from 1986 to present.
On 25th October 2003, Teleset MGM was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 1st January 2007, Teleset MGM was acquired by Zone Media and was renamed as MGM.
On 28th September 2011, MGM switched to 16:9 image format during movies and launched in high-definition simulcast.
On 5th November 2014, MGM is renamed AMC and stopped the 4:3 image format and then became a full 16:9 image format.
On 3rd October 2016, AMC was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed was designed by Troika Design Group.
On 15th June 2019, AMC was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st February 2021, AMC was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
