ART 1 is Altenian television network owned by Altenska Radio-televizija. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, series, sports and movies programmings.
History
ART 1 was launched on 20th January 1961 as Altenska Televizija. Launch of the broadcast for news, entertainment, sports and documentaries programmings.
On 10th September 1964, Altenska Televizija's corporate lion mascot "Otec Artur" was introduced.
On 25th October 1968, Altenska Televizija was rebranded with the new logo have three rhombuses.
On 7th September 1970, Altenska Televizija's information programming Dnevnik was rebranded with the new intro was changed.
On 28th January 1975, Altenska Televizija is renamed ATV 1 and broadcasts in full color programmings (along with ATV 2's launch).
On 5th March 1979, ATV 1's information programming Dnevnik was rebranded with the new theme was changed.
On 13th May 1982, ATV 1 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed along with ATV 2.
On 10th September 1984, ATV 1's information programming Dnevnik and Panorama were rebranded with the new intros were changed.
On 7th October 1989, ATV 1 was rebranded and the new programmings on Autumn.
On 1st May 1994, ATV 1 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 19th March 1997, ATV 1 is renamed Altenija 1 as part of Altenska Radio-televizija's television rebranding effort.
On 1st March 2001, Altenija 1 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 11th November 2004, Altenija 1 switched to 16:9 image format during events.
On 30th July 2006, Altenija 1 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 14th June 2010, Altenija 1's information programmings Dnevnik and Panorama were rebranded with the new intros were changed.
On 13th July 2013, Altenija 1 is renamed ART 1 as part of Altenska Radio-televizija's rebranding effort.
On 1st December 2013, ART 1 was launched in high-definition version.
On 12th September 2016, ART 1 was rebranded with the new idents was changed.
On 14th May 2019, ART 1's ultra-high definition channel ART 4K was launched.
