ART 2 is Altenian television network owned by Altenska Radio-televizija. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, sports, movies, series and documentaries programmings.
History
ART 2 was launched on 28th January 1975 as ATV 2. Launch of the broadcast for news, entertainment, sports and documentaries.
On 5th March 1979, ATV 2's information programming Panorama was rebranded with the new theme was changed.
On 13th May 1982, ATV 2 was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 10th September 1984, ATV 2's information programming Panorama were rebranded with the new intro was changed.
On 7th October 1989, ATV 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 4th September 1994, ATV 2 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 19th March 1997, ATV 2 is renamed Altenija 2.
On 1st March 2001, Altenija 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 24th December 2004, Altenija 2 was switched to 16:9 image format during events.
On 30th July 2006, Altenija 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 14th June 2010, Altenija 2's information programmings Dnevnik and Panorama were rebranded with the new intros were changed.
On 13th July 2013, Altenija 2 is renamed ART 2 as part of Altenska Radio-televizija's rebranding effort.
On 1st December 2013, ART 2 was launched in high-definition version.
On 12th September 2016, ART 2 was rebranded with the new idents was changed.
On 14th May 2019, ART 2's ultra-high definition channel ART 4K was launched.
