On 13th October 2003, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 17th October 2006, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st October 2008, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st March 2009, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 13th October 2010, Animal Planet was launched in high-definition version.
On 5th June 2012, Animal Planet was switched to full 16:9 image format.
On 17th February 2015, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 22nd January 2019, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 9th April 2022, Animal Planet was acquired by Warner Bros. Discovery International Regemia .
