Animal Planet is Romanian television network owned by Warner Bros. Discovery International Romania . The channel broadcasts documentaries and reality-shows related to animals and wildlife.
History [ ] Animal Planet was launched on 1st March 1998. Launch of the broadcast for documentaries.
On 13th October 2003, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 17th October 2006, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st October 2008, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st November 2008, Animal Planet was fully broadcasted in Romanian language.
On 1st March 2009, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 18th December 2012, Animal Planet was launched in high-definition version.
On 1st July 2013, Animal Planet was removed its Romanian language during promos and ad breaks.
On 17th February 2015, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 22nd January 2019, Animal Planet was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 9th April 2022, Animal Planet was acquired by Warner Bros. Discovery International Romania .
