Astra Extra is Lutirjani television network owned by Kompakt Medyası . The channel broadcasts entertainment, movies, series and documentaries programmings.
History [ ] Astra Extra was launched on 12th October 1997 as Astra İki . Launch of the broadcast for entertainment, documentaries, movies, series and culture.
On 19th June 2000, Astra İki was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 1st June 2003, Astra İki was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 12th October 2007, Astra İki was renamed as Astra Extra .
On 15th December 2011, Astra Extra was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 1st May 2014, Astra Extra was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed also switched to 16:9 image format.
On 23rd March 2019, Astra Extra was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st February 2020, Astra Extra was launched in high-definition version.
