BBC Earth is Romanian television network owned by BBC Studios Romania. The channel broadcasts documentaries related to nature, wildlife, travel and science.
History[]
BBC Earth was launched on 9th January 2013 as BBC Knowledge. Launch of the broadcast for documentaries.
On 14th April 2015, BBC Knowledge was renamed as BBC Earth.
On 29th October 2017, BBC Earth was broadcasted the new documentary series Blue Planet II.
On 4th January 2021, BBC Earth was added on Focus Sat.
On 14th September 2023, BBC Earth was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 25th May 2024, BBC Earth was broadcasted ad breaks.
