Canal+ Film is Polish television network owned by Platforma Canal+. The channel broadcasts movies related to all genres.
History[]
Canal+ Film was launched on 15th November 1998 as Canal+ Żółty. Launch of the broadcast for series and movies.
On 18th May 2001, Canal+ Żółty broadcasts Big Brother Polska in 24 hours.
On 12th March 2004, Canal+ Żółty is renamed as Canal+ Film along with Canal+ Sport.
On 1st July 2007, Canal+ Film switched to 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
On 25th August 2009, Canal+ Film stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format.
On 17th November 2009, Canal+ Film was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.
On 5th April 2013, Canal+ Film was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.
On 11th May 2015, Canal+ Film was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.
On 16th May 2020, Canal+ Film was rebranded as "25 lat Canal+" used in idents and break bumpers.
