Canal+ Sport 2 is Hoprovratian television network owned by Canal+. The channel broadcasts sports events related to football, basketball, tennis, motorsports, golf and handball.
History[]
Canal+ Sport 2 was launched on 7th September 1998 as SportJeden Plus. Launch of the broadcast for sports events.
On 19th March 1999, SportJeden Plus was renamed as Prima Sport Two.
On 22nd November 2004, Prima Sport Two was renamed as Prima Sport 2.
On 4th September 2009, Prima Sport 2 was renamed as Canal+ Sport 2 and switched to full 16:9 image format.
On 20th January 2012, Canal+ Sport 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed also launched in high-definition version.
On 29th July 2015, Canal+ Sport 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 20th June 2019, Canal+ Sport 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
