Ciné+ Famiz is French television network owned by MultiThématiques. The channel broadcasts movies related to animation and comedy.

History[]

Ciné+ Famiz was launched on 15th September 2002 as CinéCinéma Succès. Launch of the broadcast for movies.

On 28th August 2004, CinéCinéma Succès is renamed as CinéCinéma Famiz and the new broadcast format for family movies.

On 21th March 2007, CinéCinéma Famiz was merged with TPS Cinéfamily following Canalsat/TPS merger.

On 1st October 2008, CinéCinéma Famiz was rebranded and the new logo was changed along with CinéCinéma's channels.

On 17th May 2011, CinéCinéma Famiz is renamed as Ciné+ Famiz as part of MultiThématiques' rebranding effort.

On 2012, Ciné+ Famiz stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
