Clever Group is Romanian media company owned by the Romanian business people Adrian Tomșa and Maria Nicoară. The company have sixteen television channels and four websites.

Clever Group was founded on 19th December 2001 as Transilvania Media Group. Found of the company for television channels: TTV and Transilvania Live.
On 14th February 2012, Transilvania Media Group's television channel TTV was changed to national network then renamed as Transilvania Look.
On 5th October 2012, Transilvania Media Group's television channel Transilvania Look was renamed as Look TV.
On 1st July 2014, Transilvania Media Group's television channel Transilvania Live was renamed as Look Plus.
On 10th October 2017, Transilvania Media Group was acquired by Adrian Tomșa also same date was purchased Agro TV.
On 24th August 2018, Transilvania Media Group's website Profit.ro was launched.
On 30th August 2018, Transilvania Media Group was renamed as Clever Media Network.
On 31st August 2018, Clever Media Network's television channel Profit.ro was launched.
On 17th September 2018, Clever Media Network's pay-per-view channels Look Sport PPV were launched.
On 16th August 2019, Clever Media Network's television channels Look Sport 2 and Look Sport 3 were launched.
On 19th June 2020, Clever Media Network's television channel Look 4K was launched.
On 8th September 2020, Clever Media Network was purchased its television channel Prima TV.
On 6th October 2020, Clever Media Network was purchased its television channels from Akta.
On 9th October 2020, Clever Media Network's television channel Look Plus was renamed as Look Sport+.
On 6th November 2020, Clever Media Network was renamed as Clever Group.
On 13th May 2021, Clever Group's television channel Profit.ro was renamed as Profit News.
on 15th July 2021, Clever Group's streaming service Prima Play was launched.
On 5th October 2021, Clever Group was purchased Medika TV.
On 19th April 2022, Clever Group's television channel Look Sport was renamed as Prima Sport.
On 7th October 2022, Clever Group's television channel Prima Sport 5 was launched.
On 8th December 2022, Clever Group's television channel Prima News was launched.
On 16th December 2022, Clever Group's television channel Prima Comedy was launched.
On 7th December 2023, Clever Group's television channel Cinema Est was renamed as Prima History.
On 1st April 2024, Clever Group was purchased its television channel Arcadia World then renamed as Prima Food&Travel.
On 16th May 2024, Clever Group's television channel Prima Food&Travel was renamed as Prima World.
On 18th December 2024, Clever Group's television channel Nostalgia TV was launched.
