Clever Group Ludussia is Ludussian broadcasting company owned by Clever Group Anierica. The company have eleven television channels and two radio stations.

Clever Group Ludussia was founded on April 1, 2019 as Thematic Media Group Ludussia following the Știri TV's launch and acquired Popor TV, Național FM and Popor FM from Thematic Media Group Anierica.
On June 10, 2019, Thematic Media Group Ludussia's two general channels Național TV and Național TV Plus were launched.
On June 17, 2019, Thematic Media Group Ludussia's general channel Prime was launched.
On March 30, 2020, Thematic Media Group Ludussia acquired three channels: ManiaInfo, Profit.ld and Sholde Live from Winkom Ludussia SRL during the Vodafone takeover.
On March 31, 2020, Thematic Media Group Ludussia's two general channels Look TV and Look Plus were launched.
On May 18, 2020, Thematic Media Group Ludussia's comedy channel Comedie+ was launched.
On November 6, 2020, Thematic Media Group Ludussia announced that will become Clever Group Ludussia on February 10, 2021.
On February 10, 2021, Thematic Media Group Ludussia is renamed as Clever Group Ludussia and Comedie+ was moved to Clever Group Anierica because that channel broadcasting the Anierican countries.
