Comédie+ is French television network owned by MultiThématiques. The channel broadcasts series, movies and entertainment related to comedy/humour and stand-up comed programmings.
History[]
Comédie+ was launched on 29th November 1997 as Comédie! originally owned by the actor Dominique Farrugia. Launch of the broadcast for series and entertainment.
On 10th January 2003, Comédie! was acquired by Pathé and was rebranded and the new logo was changed.
On late 2004, Comédie! was acquired by MultiThématiques.
On 2005, Comédie! becomes possibly to French digital terrestrial along with Cuisine.tv.
On 5th January 2008, Comédie! was rebranded and the new logo was changed.
On 17th May 2011, Comédie! is renamed as Comédie+ as part of MultiThématiques' rebranding effort and switched to a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
On 2015, Comédie+ was changed the new slogan "Restez de bon Humour!".
