D2 is Scretonian television network owned by Dnevnik Media Alliance. The channel broadcasts entertainment, lifestyle, series and movies programmings.
History[]
D2 was launched on 20th March 1996 as TVD 2. Launch of the broadcast for entertainment, movies, series and music videos.
On 15th January 1999, TVD 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st September 2001, TVD 2 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 28th November 2003, TVD 2 was broadcasted reality shows.
On 31st January 2007, TVD 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 20th September 2011, TVD 2 switched to full 16:9 image format.
On 19th October 2013, TVD 2 was launched in high-definition version.
On 1st January 2017, TVD 2 is renamed as D2.
On 25th April 2022, D2's owner Turner Dnevnik was merged with Discovery Networks Scretonia to new company Dnevnik Media Alliance.
On 5th January 2024, D2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed also the new broadcast format for comedy movies and series.
