Da Vinci is German television network owned by Da Vinci Media GmbH. The channel broadcasts documentaries and animated series related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics and educational programmings.
History[]
Da Vinci was launched on 15th September 2007 as Da Vinci Learning. Launch of the broadcast for educational and cartoons.
On 1st March 2008, Da Vinci Learning was launched in Romania.
On 1st November 2009, Da Vinci Learning was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 20th September 2012, Da Vinci Learning was rebranded with the new logos (one logo is for kids and one logo is for parents). were changed.
On 1st April 2014, Da Vinci Learning switched to 16:9 image format.
On 23rd September 2015, Da Vinci Learning stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
On 9th January 2018, Da Vinci Learning was the new broadcast format for educational and documentaries for parents only, but children's programmings were moved to Da Vinci Kids at 20:00.
On 15th October 2019, Da Vinci Learning was rebranded with the new logo was changed and new idents similar to Da Vinci Kids.
On 1st February 2023, Da Vinci Learning was merged with Da Vinci Kids to new channel Da Vinci.
