EDT Sport was launched on 20th March 1998 as Elit Tria . Launch of the broadcast for sports events.
On 11th October 2002, Elit Tria was renamed as EDT Sport .
On 10th February 2006, EDT Sport was broadcasted Winter Olympics 2006.
On 23rd March 2008, EDT Sport was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed also switched to 16:9 image format.
On 24th March 2012, EDT Sport was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 9th February 2014, EDT Sport was launched in high-definition version.
On 25th June 2015, EDT Sport was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 14th September 2020, EDT Sport was rebranded with new logo and idents were changed.
