Elitel Group is Nulgerian media company owned by the businessman Nikolay Toshekov. The company have thirteenth television channels and five websites.

Elitel Group was founded on 1st July 2003 as Klub 31. Found of the broadcast for television channel: NSN.
On 21th October 2005, Klub 31's television channel Unifilm was launched.
On 19th June 2007, Klub 31's television channel Slŭntsa was launched.
On 19th March 2010, Klub 31's television channel NSN Two was launched.
On 16th July 2014, Klub 31's television channel NSN 3 was launched.
On 19th October 2014, Klub 31's television channel Kanal Div and TouriTV was launched.
On 8th September 2015, Klub 31 was purchased its television channels Elitel, Elitel 5 and Elitel World from Modern Times Group.
On 25th October 2016, Klub 31's television channel Elitel Comedy was launched.
On 8th December 2018, Klub 31's television channels NSN 4 and Elitel News were launched.
On 1st November 2019, Klub 31 was renamed as Elitel Group.
On 26th July 2021, Elitel Group's streaming service Elitel Play was launched.
On 28th September 2021, Elitel Group's event Elitel Fest was presented television offers.
