Eurosport 1 is Romanian television network owned by Warner Bros. Discovery International Romania . The channel broadcasts sports events, football, tennis, motorsports, handball and golf.
History [ ] Eurosport 1 was launched on 29th November 1997 as Eurosport . Launch of the broadcast for sports events.
On 15th January 2001, Eurosport was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 10th January 2005, Eurosport 's sister channel Eurosport 2 was launched.
On 1st February 2010, Eurosport was launched in high-definition version.
On 5th April 2011, Eurosport was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 13th November 2015, Eurosport was renamed as Eurosport 1 .
On 9th February 2018, Eurosport 1 was broadcasted Winter Olympic Games 2018.
On 25th May 2019, Eurosport 1 was fully launched in high-definition version in Romanian language.
On 10th January 2022, Eurosport 1 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
