Grupa Polsat Plus was founded on 5th December 1992 as Telewizja Pol-Sat. Found of the company for first private television.
On 1st October 1994, Telewizja Pol-Sat was renamed as Telewizja Polsat.
On 1st March 1997, Telewizja Polsat's channel Polsat 2 was launched.
On 5th December 1999, Telewizja Polsat's satellite provider Polsat 2 Cyfrowy (now Cyfrowy Polsat) was launched.
On 11th April 2000, Telewizja Polsat's sports channel Polsat Sport was launched.
On 7th January 2003, Telewizja Polsat was rebranded and the new logo was changed.
On 1st September 2004, Telewizja Polsat's news channel TV Biznes (now Polsat News 2) was launched.
On 10th September 2004, Telewizja Polsat's entertainment channel Polsat Zdrowie i Uroda (now Polsat Café) was launched.
On 15th October 2005, Telewizja Polsat's sports channel Polsat Sport Extra was launched.
On 27th February 2006, Telewizja Polsat was rebranded and the new logo was changed.
On 2nd October 2006, Telewizja Polsat's news channel Superstacja was launched.
On 7th June 2008, Telewizja Polsat's news channel Polsat News was launched.
On 6th October 2008, Telewizja Polsat's entertainment channel Polsat Play was launched.
On 2nd October 2009, Telewizja Polsat's movie channel Polsat Film was launched.
On 19th November 2009, Telewizja Polsat acquires the joint-venture the channel from Chellozone Poland: Polsat JimJam.
On 30th May 2011, Telewizja Polsat's sports channel Polsat Sport News was launched.
On 24th November 2011, Telewizja Polsat acquires the joint-venture the channel from A+E Networks Poland: Polsat Crime & Investigation Network.
On 1st March 2013, Telewizja Polsat acquires the joint-venture the channels from Modern Times Group Poland: Polsat Viasat Explorer, Polsat Viasat History and Polsat Viasat Nature.
On 1st September 2013, Telewizja Polsat's movie and series channel Polsat Romans (now Polsat Seriale) was launched.
On 1st January 2014, Telewizja Polsat acquires the channels from Polskie Media (TV4 and TV6).
On 1st May 2014, Telewizja Polsat's music channel Disco Polo Music was launched.
On 26th September 2014, Telewizja Polsat's music channel Muzo.tv (now Polsat Music) was launched.
On 18th December 2015, Telewizja Polsat's international channel Polsat 1 was launched.
On 1st August 2016, Telewizja Polsat's sports channel Polsat Sport Fight was launched.
On 2nd January 2017, Telewizja Polsat's entertainment channel Super Polsat was launched.
On 10th February 2017, Telewizja Polsat's knowledge channel Polsat Doku was launched.
On 26th May 2017, Telewizja Polsat's music channel Muzo.tv was renamed as Polsat Music.
On 4th December 2017, Telewizja Polsat acquires the channels from Grupa ZPR Media (Nowa TV, Fokus TV, Eska TV, Eska TV Extra, Eska Rock TV, Polo TV and Vox Music TV).
On 1st May 2018, Telewizja Polsat acquires the telecommunication company Netia.
On 21st August 2018, Telewizja Polsat's sports channels Polsat Sport Premium 1, Polsat Sport Premium 2 and Polsat Sport Premium PPV were launched.
On 15th October 2018, Telewizja Polsat's channels Polsat Rodzina and Polsat Games were launched.
On 3rd March 2020, Telewizja Polsat acquires the joint-venture the channel from ViacomCBS Networks International Poland: Polsat Comedy Central Extra.
On 6th April 2020, Telewizja Polsat's channel Polsat Romans was renamed as Polsat Seriale.
On 10th June 2021, Telewizja Polsat is renamed as Grupa Polsat Plus.
On 30th August 2021, Grupa Polsat Plus' television channels were rebranded with the new logos were changed.
On 1st September 2021, Grupa Polsat Plus' television provider Cyfrowy Polsat was renamed as Polsat Box and television channel Superstacja was renamed as Wydarzenia 24.
