Həyat Yayım Qrupu is Lutirjani media company owned by Lutirjani businessman İlham Oriyev. The company have nine television channels, three radio stations, four newspapers, thirteen magazines, six television/movie productions, eight websites.

Həyat Yayım Qrupu was launched on 29th November 1981 as Korporasya Həyat. Found of the company for radio stations and publishing.
On 19th November 1985, Həyat Yayım Qrupu's foundation Təməl İlham Oriyev was founded.
On 1st September 1990, Korporasya Həyat's television channel Həyat was launched.
On 28th September 1995, Korporasya Həyat's television channel Həyat International was launched.
On 25th November 1999, Korporasya Həyat's thematic television company Həyatema was launched.
On 19th May 2003, Korporasya Həyat's television channel Həyanova was launched.
On 30th September 2004, Korporasya Həyat's television channel Kanal Lyutircan was launched.
On 17th August 2009, Korporasya Həyat was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 24th June 2010, Korporasya Həyat's television channel Heyat! was launched.
On 1st September 2014, Korporasya Həyat was renamed as Həyat Yayım Qrupu.
On 18th October 2014, Həyat Yayım Qrupu's television channel Cineluxe Premium was launched.
On 25th October 2017, Həyat Yayım Qrupu's television channel Heyilik was launched.
On 14th December 2020, Həyat Yayım Qrupu's record label was acquired by Universal Music Group.
