History is Dekanian television network owned by Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija. The channel broadcasts documentaries and reality shows related to history, ancient people, pawns and archeology.
History[]
History was launched on 1st June 1998 as The History Channel. Launch of the broadcast for documentaries. Originally owned by Grupa Metrovision.
On 13th November 2004, The History Chanel was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st June 2006, The History Channel was acquired by the new company A&E Television Networks Dekania.
On 1st January 2010, The History Channel is renamed as History, switched to 16:9 image format.
On 1st June 2012, History stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
On 1st March 2016, History was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st June 2017, History was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 31st August 2018, History was added on streaming service NDR Slash.
On 10th April 2023, History was acquired by Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija.
On 11th March 2024, History was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
