Horizonte Media was founded on 1st November 1985 as Horizonte Communications. Found of the company for film and television productions.
On 29th May 1989, Horizonte Communications' television channel Teleset Horizonte was launched.
On 14th October 1990, Horizonte Communications was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 11th September 1995, Horizonte Communications' television channel Tevebis was launched.
On 9th November 1998, Horizonte Communications was renamed as Horizonte Media.
On 17th November 1999, Horizonte Media's television channel Horinews was launched.
On 3rd September 2001, Horizonte Media's television channel Vivelite was launched.
On 1st April 2002, Horizonte Media's television channel Anneta was launched.
On 25th November 2002, Horizonte Media's television channel Neodox was launched.
On 7th July 2003, Horizonte Media's television channel Energo was launched.
On 1st October 2003, Horizonte Media's television channel Galasport was launched.
On 28th February 2005, Horizonte Media was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 20th December 2015, Horizonte Media was purchased Toskinian television channel K6 Tosk from Grupa K6.
On 25th April 2016, Horizonte Media's Altenian television channel Set 9 A was launched.
On 26th December 2016, Horizonte Media's television channel Galafight was launched.
On 19th June 2017, Horizonte Media's television channel Kozolica was launched.
On 9th September 2019, Horizonte Media was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st December 2019, Horizonte Media's television channels Set 9 Cinema, Set 9 Sport and Set 9 Family were launched in Yucoscret countries.
