Hot Erotics was founded on 1st June 2006. Found of the company for television channels.
On 1st July 2011, Hot Erotics was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st June 2014, Hot Erotics' television channel Hot Movies 3 was launched.
On 13th January 2019, Hot Erotics' streaming service Hot Movies Red was launched.
