JimJam is British television network owned by AMC Networks International United Kingdom. The channel broadcasts animated series for children from 2 to 8 years.
History[]
JimJam was launched on 1st October 2006. Launch of the broadcast for animated series on Sky in Italy.
On 25th September 2007, JimJam was extended its joint-venture with HiT Entertainment.
On November 2007, JimJam was extended launched in Central and Eastern Europe.
On May 2008, JimJam was extended launched in the Netherlands and Switzerland.
On August 2010, JimJam was fully acquired by Chello Zone.
On 30th June 2015, JimJam was closed in Italy.
On 1st July 2016, JimJam switched to 16:9 image format.
On 1st March 2018, JimJam was closed in the Netherlands.
On 1st August 2018, JimJam was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.
