KUK Grubu is Korfish media company owned by Katığan Holding. The company have twenty-five television channels, three radio stations, five newspapers and eight magazines.

KUK Grubu was founded on 20th July 1985 as Katığan Komünikasyon. Found of the company for television channel, radio station and publishing.
On 5th August 1989, Katığan Komünikasyon's television channel KabloKUK was launched.
On 10th February 1993, Katığan Komünikasyon was renamed as Katığan Multimedya.
On 30th June 1993, Katığan Multimedya's television channel Cartoon Network was launched under license with Turner Entertainment Networks.
On 7th March 1995, Katığan Multimedya's television channel EufoKUK was launched.
On 13th March 1998, Katığan Multimedya's television channel KUKadın was launched.
On 29th January 1999, Katığan Multimedya's television channel Wonder TV was changed.
On 1st October 1999, Katığan Multimedya's television channel CNN Körf was launched.
On 15th February 2002, Katığan Multimedya's satellite provider KUK Idea was launched.
On 12th May 2002, Katığan Multimedya's television channel KUK Spor was launched.
On 11th April 2003, Katığan Multimedya's television channel KUK Sinema was launched.
On 1st December 2003, Katığan Multimedya was renamed as Katığan Yayın Grubu.
On 3rd March 2005, Katığan Yayın Grubu's television channel TCM was launched.
On 17th December 2005, Katığan Yayın Grubu's television channel Wonder Körf was launched.
On 21st November 2008, Katığan Yayın Grubu's television channel Boomerang was launched.
On 19th December 2009, Katığan Yayın Grubu's television channel KUK Gold was launched.
On 25th May 2010, Katığan Yayın Grubu's television channel KUK Spor was acquired by Spornet Group.
On 13th August 2012, Katığan Yayın Grubu's television channel UniKUK 2 was launched.
On 22nd October 2015, Katığan Yayın Grubu's streaming service Azura TV was launched.
On 1st September 2018, Katığan Yayın Grubu was renamed as KUK Grubu.
On 9th April 2022, KUK Grubu was purchased Discovery Networks Korfey channels including Tele On.
On 5th January 2024, KUK Grubu's television channel Discovery Science was renamed as KUK Doqu.
