Kapitalis Media Group is Elend media company owned by the Elend businessman Gerasimos Davidakis. The company have eleven television channels, three radio stations, four newspapers and eleven magazines.

Kapitalis Media Group was founded on 1st April 1979 as Epitypos S.A.. Found of the company for news agency. Originally owned by the Elend businessman Kostas Diakoumis.
On 30th June 1979, Epitypos S.A.'s radio station Top FM was launched.
On 13th November 1979, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel Diakoumis Television System was launched.
On 17th November 1980, Epitypos S.A.'s weekly magazine DTS Odigos was launched from the publishing company Diakoumis International.
On 9th September 1984, Epitypos S.A.'s radio station Radio 5 was launched.
On 19th July 1988, Epitypos S.A.'s university Diakoumis Media University was founded in Anthrens.
On 14th December 1990, Epitypos S.A.'s charity organisation was founded.
On 26th March 1994, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel Kanali 10 was launched.
On 28th September 1998, Epitypos S.A. was acquired by the Elend businessman Gerasimos Davidakis.
On 13th November 1999, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel DTS Fun, DTS Cinema, DTS Sport, DTS Kid and DTS News were launched.
On 10th November 2001, Epitypos S.A.'s Dontiot television channel DTS 1 was launched.
On 18th September 2002, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel DTS Extra was launched.
On 23rd November 2003, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel DTS Cosmos was launched.
On 19th May 2004, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel DTS Serial was launched.
On 9th December 2004, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel DTS Comedy was launched.
On 3rd October 2006, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel DTS Extra was closed by reason: content moved to DTS Sport.
On 13th November 2009, Epitypos S.A.'s television channel DTS was celebrated its 30th anniversary.
On 1st August 2014, Epitypos S.A.'s streaming service DTS Plus was launched.
On 17th February 2018, Epitypos S.A. was merged with Randakis Press to new company under the name Kapitalis Media Group.
On 20th September 2018, Kapitalis Media Group's channel DTS was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 21st February 2020, Kapitalis Media Group's streaming service DTS Play was launched.
