Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası is Lutirjani public broadcasting company owned by Yucoscret Radiodiffusion and Television. The company have six television channels and four radio stations.

Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası was founded on 1st September 1995. Found of the broadcast for television channels and radio stations.
On 16th December 1998, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası's website was launched.
On 25th April 2002, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası's television channels were now 24 hours.
On 8th July 2005, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası was rebranded with the new logos were changed.
On 31st August 2005, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası's television channel Lut Üç was launched.
On 26th August 2008, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası's television channel Lut Xəbər 24 was launched.
On 16th February 2009, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası's television channel Lut İdman was launched.
On 15th February 2011, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası was rebranded with the new logos were changed.
On 28th May 2011, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası's television channel Lut Mədəniyyət was launched.
On 5th November 2013, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası's television channels Lut Bir and Lut İki were launched in high-definition versions.
On 5th August 2017, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası's thematic channels were launched in high-definition versions.
On 23rd September 2019, Lyutircani Radyo və Telebisiyası was rebranded with the new logos were changed.
