MCM Pop is European television network owned by Groupe M6. The channel broadcasts music videos from 80's to present.
History[]
MCM Pop was launched on 3rd April 2001 as MCM 2. Launch of the broadcast for music videos.
On 28th November 2003, MCM 2 is renamed as MCM Pop along with MCM Top.
On August 2004, MCM Pop was rebranded and the new logo was changed along with MCM Top.
On 29th March 2011, MCM Pop was rebranded and the new logo was changed and switched to a full 16:9 image format.
On 1st October 2014, MCM Pop was replaced by RFM TV in France.
On 2nd October 2017, MCM Pop was rebranded and the new logo was changed along with MCM and MCM Top, but did happened in February 2024, at the same time that all MCM channels changed their on-screen graphics.
On 2nd September 2019, MCM Pop and this channels were acquired by Groupe M6.
