MTV Music 24 is Dutch television network owned by ViacomCBS Networks International Netherlands. The channel broadcasts music videos.
History[]
MTV Music 24 was launched on 1st May 1995 as Music Factory. Launch of the broadcast for music videos.
On 1st January 1998, Music Factory is renamed as TMF.
On 10th January 2002, TMF was acquired by MTV Networks International Netherlands.
On 28th March 2002, TMF was rebranded with the new logos and idents were changed.
On 1st May 2005, TMF's digital channels (TMF Party, TMF NL and TMF Pure) were launched.
On 1st August 2007, TMF's digital channel TMF Pure was relaunched along with Nick Hits and Nicktoons.
On 8th March 2008, TMF was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed. at the same time was switched to 16:9 image format.
On 1st September 2011, TMF was renamed as MTV Music 24.
On 1st October 2013, MTV Music 24 was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 5th April 2017, MTV Music 24 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st March 2019, MTV Music 24 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 11th May 2021, MTV Music 24 will be replaced by NickMusic in Central European countries on 1st June.
On 26th May 2021, MTV Music 24 was closed in Netherlands replaced by MTV 90s.
On 1st June 2021, MTV Music 24 was closed by reason: replaced by NickMusic from Poland and MTV Hits from South Africa.
