Mediagruppo Centrale was founded on 1st June 2003 as Televisione Centrale S.p.A.. Found of the company for television channel TVC.
On 15th September 2007, Televisione Centrale S.p.A. was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st April 2009, Televisione Centrale S.p.A.'s television channel TVC Due was launched.
On 1st March 2011, Televisione Centrale S.p.A. was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st October 2011, Televisione Centrale S.p.A.'s television channel TVC Film was launched.
On 27th February 2012, Televisione Centrale S.p.A.'s television channel TVC Serie was launched.
On 6th December 2014, Televisione Centrale S.p.A.'s television channel TVC Docu was launched.
On 9th April 2016. Televisione Centrale S.p.A. was purchased film production Lotisca Film.
On 1st February 2020, Televisione Centrale S.p.A. was renamed as Mediagruppo Centrale.
