Mediaset is Dekanian media company. The company have twenty-seven television channels, two communications and dubbing studio.

History[]

Mediaset was founded on 20th November 1977 as Harlekina/NDR Zaraberg. Found of the company for owner of Nacionalna Dekanskaradio.

On 24th September 1983, Harlekina/NDR Zaraberg is renamed as Harlekina Telekommunikacija.

On 1st March 1985, Harlekina Telekommunikacija is renamed as Berlusconi Telekommunikacija was merged with Studio Dublingov Zaraberg owned by Italian company Fininvest.

On 20th June 1989, Berlusconi Telekommunikacija was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 15th July 1991, Berlusconi Telekommunikacija's satellite television Telesat was founded with new channels (News 5, Docuvision, Klub Petko, Encore, Arena and Musi5).

On 20th April 1993, Berlusconi Telekommunikacija is renamed as Mediaset the logo contains eight leaves: Nacionalna Dekanskaradio, Mediatel, Dekanfilm, Vektura Animation, Zeli-Radio, Lenina Records, Dekanska Mobilna Telefonija and Dekanergija.

On 25th April 1995, Mediaset's Russian channel Raztel was launched.

On 1st November 1997, Mediaset was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 20th June 2003, Mediaset sold Nacionalna Dekanskaradio to a holding company Delta Holding.

On 1st October 2005, Mediaset's telecommunications Dekanska Mobilna Telefonija and Mediatel were renamed as Komtel and Mediaset Premium.

On 23rd March 2006, Mediaset was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 20th February 2007, Mediaset's shopping channel Mediashop was launched.

On 20th April 2011, Mediaset sold Dekanergija to Italian company Enel.

On 11th December 2013, Mediaset's radio station Zeliradio to Greek company Antenna Group.

On 21st March 2014, Mediaset was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 18th May 2015, Mediaset sold Lenina Records to American company Sony Music Entertainment.

On 1st May 2016, Mediaset was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 1st April 2017, Mediaset sold Dekanfilm and Vektura Animation to the motion picture company Reflector Entertainment.
