Mediaset Natura

Mediaset Natura is Dekanian television network owned by Mediaset. The channel broadcasts documentaries related to nature, wildlife and nature history.

History[]

Mediaset Natura was launched on 1st November 1997 as Docuvision 2. Launch of the broadcast for documentaries. Originally broadcasting from 7:00 to 0:00.

On 17th May 2002, Docuvision 2 is renamed as Docuvision Civilizacija and the new broadcast format for documentaries related to history and civilizations and now 24 hours for the first time.

On 20th September 2005, Docuvision Civilizacija is renamed as Mediaset Natura and the new broadcast format for documentaries related to nature and wildlife.

On 15th July 2008, Mediaset Natura switched to 16:9 image format.

On 30th March 2012, Mediaset Natura stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.

On 21st March 2014, Mediaset Natura was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed along with Mediaset's channels.

On 1st May 2016, Mediaset Natura waa rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed as part of Mediaset's channels.
