Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija is Dekanian broadcasting company owned by Grupa Nacional and Yucoscret Radiodiffusion and Television. The company has twenty-nine television channels and nine radio stations.

History[]

Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija was founded on 11th June 1946 as Nacionalna Dekanskaradio the public radio station.

On 3rd December 1953, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 9th August 1958, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 17th April 1961, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's second radio station Fidelitačni Radio (now NDR 2) was launched.

On 19th November 1962, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 1st July 1966, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio was rebranded with the new logo was changed created by American designer Herb Lubalin.

On 3rd March 1973, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's third radio station NDR 3 was launched.

On 1st January 1975, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio was privatized by the Dekanian media mogul Vladimir Rablanič with the new symbol called "hexagon eye".

On 11th June 1976, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's television channel called NDR Televizija was launched.

On 20th November 1977, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's owner Harlekina/NDR Zaraberg was founded.

On 23rd July 1978, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's motion picture companies (one for movie company and one for television company focused series and entertainment) Kinostudio Hexagon and Telestudio NDR were founded.

On 18th November 1981, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's fourth radio station NDR 4 was launched.

On 31st May 1982, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's second channel Drugi kanal NDR was launched.

On 1st September 1983, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's new satellite channel Teledek was launched.

On 7th October 1983, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 1st March 1985, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's company Harlekina/NDR Zaraberg was merged with Studio Dublingov Zaraberg to Berlusconi Telekommunikacija owned by Italian company Fininvest.

On 7th March 1985, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's international channel NDR Africa was launched.

On 4th July 1986, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio acquired that broadcaster rights with Warner Bros.

On 17th October 1988, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's information radio station NDR Info was launched.

On 6th May 1990, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's music radio station NDR Shock was launched.

On 30th August 1991, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio acquired that broadcaster rights with 20th Century Fox.

On 28th April 1992, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's family channel Televizija Junior was launched joint-venture with Time Warner.

On 1st January 1993, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's entertainment channel NDR Entertainment Network was launched.

On 17th April 1994, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio was acquired by Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation with 50% as a joint-venture.

On 11th June 1996, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio was rebranded with the new logo was changed created by Pittard Sullivan following 50th anniversary.

On 30th September 1996, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's Erdetian channel NDR Erdetija was launched joint-venture with Erdetskie Narodowy Radio.

On 28th April 1997, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's cable television company NDR Vision was founded.

On 30th October 1999, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's children's channels Junior Television and Mini Junior were transferred EM.TV from Germany as a division.

On 20th June 2003, Mediaset sold Nacionalna Dekanskaradio to Dekanian holding company Delta Holding (as part of entertainment division Delta Entertainment) by follows:

  • Kinostudija Hexagon and Dekanfilm's movies with NDR celebrities were moved to Delta Film.
  • NDR Studio was merged with Delta Film & TV Production.

On 25th July 2003, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio's cable channel NDR EN is renamed as AXN under license by Sony Pictures Television.

On 11th June 2004, Nacionalna Dekanskaradio acquired two companies Radiotelevizija Rolf and Natsionalne Radiodifudenie i Televidenie, is renamed as Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija and the new logo was changed created by Markation and Lambie-Nairn, was moved to new headquarter.

On 17th November 2005, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija acquired Grupa NKK (NKK Studio, NKK Fiction, NKK Drama, NKK Factual, NKK Avenue, NKK Classic and Imira Entertainment) from RTL Group.

On 11th June 2006, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija's channel NDR Televizija goes to high-definition and NDR Vision was changing the channels.

On 23rd November 2006, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija's international channel NDR One was launched distribuited by Fox International Channels around the Terra Republic continents.

On 18th March 2007, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija acquires that Delta Film and Delta Film & TV Production from Delta Holding's mass-media division Delta Entertainment.

On 19th August 2009, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija's motion picture companies Delta Film was closed and merged with NKK Studio and Delta Film & TV Production is renamed as Delta Studio.

On 16th September 2013, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija's radio stations were rebranded with the new logos were changed.

On 17th November 2013, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija's thematic group NDR Vision was closed by reason: acquired this channels Nova Kick, TV2 and N2 from ProInvest Media and Telemedia.

On 30th August 2014, Delta Holding sold Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija and Nacionalna Kinokompanija to new company from Megacell's Grupa Nacional by follows:

  • NKK Drama and Imira Entertainment's series and movies created and owned by Myriam Ballesteros/Rainbow S.p.A./TeamTO was merged to NKK Family
  • NKK Factual is renamed as NKK Horizon
  • Imira Entertainment was acquired by Kinostudija Sojuz.

On 11th June 2016, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija was rebranded with the new logo was changed following 70th anniversary.

On 20th August 2018, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija sold its Rupert Murdoch's assets by follows:

  • The American mass-media company 21st Century Fox sold this company fully owned by Grupa Nacional.
  • The series and movies from 20th Century Fox were moved to Egmont Dekanija by reason: the acquisition of 21st Century Fox motion picture/television to The Walt Disney Company.
  • Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija's international channels (NDR Sat, NTV Sat, NDR One, NDR Africa, Junior Family) was distribuited by NBCUniversal International Networks.

On 17th December 2020, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija will be acquires the channels from NBCUniversal International Networks Dekania.

On 12th March 2021, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija announces that channels (AXN, AXN White, AXN Black, AXN Spin and AXN 360, including Sony Movie Channel from Thematica Media) will acquire by Sensation Media on 7th May.

On 7th May 2021, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija sold its AXN channels (AXN, AXN White, AXN Black, AXN Spin and AXN 360, including Sony Movie Channel from Thematica Media) to Sensation Media.

On 28th April 2022, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija's digital radio station Junior Radio was launched.

On 10th April 2023, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija was acquired officially the channels from A+E Networks Dekania.

On 11th September 2023, Nacionalna Dekanska Radiodifuzija's television channel Junior was splited to two channels: Junior (kids channel) and NDR Iskra (entertainment channel).
