National Broadcasting Company is American television network owned by NBCUniversal. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, movies, series, sports and talk-shows programmings.

History[]

National Broadcasting Company was launched on 30th April 1939. Launch of the broadcast for entertainment and culture (after 8 years of radio's launch).

On 1st January 1943, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 20th May 1946, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 18th July 1952, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 17th December 1953, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed, broadcasts in color programmings.

On 22nd May 1956, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 30th September 1959, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 9th October 1962, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded and the "peacock" logo was back.

On 9th September 1965, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new idents were changed.

On 10th October 1975, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 9th September 1979, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 1st December 1985, National Broadcasting Company was acquired by General Electric.

On 12th May 1986, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo was changed.

On 16th August 1992, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new idents were changed.

On 26th April 1999, National Broadcasting Company switched to 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.

On 2nd August 2004, National Broadcasting Company was acquired the new company called NBC Universal.

On 13th September 2009, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new idents were changed, stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format.

On 13th September 2011, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.

On 30th September 2013, National Broadcasting Company was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.

On 1st September 2020, National Broadcasting Company was changed its logo with multicolored dots from Peacock.
