Orange Sport 3 is Romanian television network owned by Orange România. The channel broadcasts sports events related to football, basketball, motorsports, tennis, handball and cyclism.
History[]
Orange Sport 3 was launched on 13th September 2011 as Dolce Sport 3. Launch of the broadcast for sports events.
On 1st June 2012, Dolce Sport 3 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 22nd April 2013, Dolce Sport 3 was switched to 16:9 image format.
On 1st November 2016, Dolce Sport 3 was launched in high-definition version.
On 12th September 2017, Dolce Sport 3 was renamed as Telekom Sport 3.
On 21st July 2021, Telekom Sport 3 was acquired by Orange România.
On 28th March 2022, Telekom Sport 3 was renamed as Orange Sport 3.
On 30th June 2024, Orange Sport 3 was closed by reason: merger of former Romtelecom and Orange.
