Paramount International Networks Getinela was founded on 19th December 2006 as MTV Networks International Getinela. Found of the company for television channels: MTV Europe, MTV 2, MTV Hits, MTV Base, VH1, VH1 Classic and Nickelodeon.
On 15th September 2008, MTV Networks International Getinela's television channel MTVN HD was launched.
On 1st July 2011, MTV Networks International Getinela's television channel MTVN HD was renamed as MTV Live HD.
On 1st October 2011, MTV Networks International Getinela was renamed as Viacom International Media Networks Getinela.
On 1st November 2015, Viacom International Media Networks' television channel Nick Jr. was launched.
On 1st June 2018, Viacom International Media Networks' television channel Nicktoons was launched.
On 4th December 2019, Viacom International Media Networks Getinela was renamed as ViacomCBS Networks International Getinela.
On 1st June 2020, ViacomCBS Networks International Getinela's channel MTV Dance is replaced by Club MTV.
On 5th October 2020, ViacomCBS Networks International Getinela's channels MTV Rocks and VH1 Classic were renamed as MTV 80s and MTV 90s.
On 2nd August 2021, ViacomCBS Networks International Getinela's music channel VH1 was renamed as MTV 00s.
On 15th February 2022, ViacomCBS Networks International Getinela was renamed as Paramount International Networks Getinela.
