Paramount International Networks Romania is Romanian television company owned by Paramount. The company have fourteen television channels and streaming service.

Paramount International Networks Romania was founded on 30th April 2006 as MTV Networks International Romania. Found of the company for television channels.
On 15th September 2008, MTV Networks International Romania's television channel MTVN HD was launched.
On 1st October 2010, MTV Networks International Romania's television channel Nick Jr. was launched.
On 1st October 2011, MTV Networks International Romania was renamed as Viacom International Media Networks Romania.
On 28th May 2014, Viacom International Media Networks Romania's television channel Paramount Channel was launched.
On 20th September 2016, Viacom International Media Networks Romania's television channel Comedy Central was launched.
On 1st April 2019, Viacom International Media Networks Romania's television channel Nicktoons was launched.
On 4th December 2019, Viacom International Media Networks Romania was renamed as ViacomCBS Networks International Romania.
On 1st June 2020, ViacomCBS Networks International Romania's channel MTV Dance is replaced by Club MTV.
On 5th October 2020, ViacomCBS Networks International Romania's channels MTV Rocks and VH1 Classic were renamed as MTV 80s and MTV 90s.
On 12th January 2021, ViacomCBS Networks International Romania's television channel Paramount Channel was replaced by TeenNick.
On 2nd August 2021, ViacomCBS Networks International Romania's music channel VH1 was renamed as MTV 00s.
On 15th February 2022, ViacomCBS Networks International Romania was renamed as Paramount International Networks Romania.
On 25th April 2024, Paramount International Networks Romania's television channels Sky Showtime 1 and Sky Showtime 2 were launched joint-venture with NBCUniversal International Networks Romania.
