Polsat Sport Extra is Polish television network owned by Grupa Polsat Plus. The channel broadcasts sports events (football, boxing, martial arts, basketball, tennis).

History[]

Polsat Sport Extra was launched on 15th October 2005. Launch of the broadcast for sports events.

On 30th May 2011, Polsat Sport Extra switched to 16:9 image format.

On 1st June 2012, Polsat Sport Extra stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version replaced Polsat Futbol.

On 10th June 2016, Polsat Sport Extra was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.

On 30th August 2021, Polsat Sport Extra was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed as part of Grupa Polsat Plus' rebranding effort.
