ProSieben Austria is Austrian private television network owned by ProSiebenSat.1 Media. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, reality shows, series and movies programmings.
History[]
ProSieben Austria was launched on 1998 as Austrian version ProSieben with Austrian commercials.
On 26th January 2004, The Austrian version ProSieben is renamed ProSieben Austria.
On November 2008, ProSieben Austria switched to the widescreen format.
On September 2011, ProSieben Austria stopped the 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and launched in high-definition simulcast on HD Austria.
On 12th Febraury 2015, ProSieben Austria was rebranded along with ProSieben.
