RTL is Hungarian television network owned by RTL Magyarország. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, series, movies, sports and children's programmings.
History[]
RTL was launched on 27th October 1997 as RTL Klub, Launch of the broadcast for news, entertainment, movies, series, sports and cartoons.
On 9th September 1999, RTL Klub was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 17th December 2001, RTL Klub was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 20th April 2003, RTL Klub was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 24th December 2005, RTL Klub was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 1st June 2008, RTL Klub was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 28th June 2011, RTL Klub was purchased its channels from IKO Media Group.
On 29th August 2011, RTL Klub switched to 16:9 image format.
On 11th February 2013, RTL Klub was launched in high-definition version.
On 1st January 2014, RTL Klub is now 24 hours for first time.
On 2nd October 2017, RTL Klub was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 22nd October 2022, RTL Klub was renamed as RTL.
