RTL Gold is Hungarian television network owned by RTL Magyarország. The channel broadcasts entertainment, series, talk-shows and game shows programmings.
History[]
RTL Gold was launched on 2 April 2008 as Film+ 2. Launch of the broadcast for movies.
On 15th September 2008, Film+ 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 27th May 2011, Film+ 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 28th June 2011, Film+ 2 was acquired by RTL Magyarország.
On 18th December 2012, Film+ 2 switched to 16:9 image format.
On 1st December 2014, Film+ 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 3rd July 2017, Film+ 2 is renamed as RTL Gold.
On 10th December 2022, RTL Gold was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
