Rai Alto Adige is Italian regional television network based in Alto Adige and Trentino owned by Rai.
History[]
Bolzano has been in existence since 1928 and since 1960, in conjunction with the construction of the new headquarters, it also produces television programs. The Bolzano headquarters began broadcasting local TV programs only with the creation of Rete 3 (now Rai 3) launching regional newsletters. In addition to standard standard programming, the Bozen Office transmits, alternately with Trento, an hour of local broadcasts on Sunday morning. Unlike Sender Bozen and Ladina TV, the Bolzano headquarters broadcast on the frequencies of Rai Tre national and on Sunday morning the regional programming covers the national one. Most of his programs are therefore a journalistic one and the editorial staff of the TGR.
Since January 27, 2014, the Italofona structure has been named Rai Alto Adige and all transmissions (including TGR) have been converted to 16:9 image format.
