Rai Vd'A is Italian television network in French language owned by Rai. Management and programming is carried out by the headquarters of the Regional Rai de Saint-Christophe (loc. Grande-Charrière). Rai has committed itself to the service contract to produce radio and television broadcasts in minority languages recognized by the Italian state. For the Frenchman in Valle d'Aosta, this obligation is fulfilled through Rai Vd'A.
Rai Vd'A is of a generalist type with a strong presence of documentaries and information programs focused on the Aosta Valley. It is broadcast only in Valle d'Aosta and streaming at 20:00 Monday to Friday on Rai 3, instead of Blob.
The program is divided into various types of programs in Italian and French as a series of episodes, insights, documentaries on the life of culture and traditions of Valle d'Aosta and sometimes also in the neighboring regions of Canton Valais (Switzerland) or Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (France).
