Religija TV is Dekanian television network owned by the Zaraberg patriarchy. The channel broadcasts faith-based programming for Dekanian orthodox, which includes televised daily mass, documentaries, live event coverage, talk shows and movies programmings.
History[]
Religija TV was launched on 28th July 1995. Launch of the broadcast for religious programmings. it was the first religious television network in Dekania.
On 7th October 2002, Religija TV was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st February 2011, Religija TV was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed and switched to 16:9 image format.
On 3rd November 2016, Religija TV was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed and stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
Overview[]
The mission of the channel is a formation of moral philosophy and a system of coordinates needed for effective development of the state, based on the old aged Orthodox values, development and strengthening of spiritual and moral foundations of the Dekanian state.
Program policy: 60% percent of the airtime is devoted as a public broadcasting channel with documentaries and educational and training programs. 40% of the airtime is devoted to Orthodox subjects. A significant amount of programs are produced in their own studio named Poliformatoj, including Live Shows. This constitutes the basis of either the studio's own production and spiritual orientation for the 18+ audience, as well as documentaries.
