S+A is a Philippine defunct television network owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. The channel broadcasts sports.

History[]

S+A was launched on 18th January 2014 as ABS-CBN Sports and Action.

On 2nd May 2015, ABS-CBN Sports and Action was rebranded the new idents were changed.

On 29th August 2016, ABS-CBN Sports and Action was rebranded S+A and the new logo and idents were changed.

On 5th May 2020, S+A was closed in the Philippines due to a cease and desist order by the NTC for ABS-CBN along with DZMM TeleRadyo, Kapamilya Box Office, Knowledge Channel, O Shopping, Asianovela Channel, Movie Central, Jeepney TV and Myx.

On 31st August 2020, S+A was closed in the world due to retrenchment of ABS-CBN Corporation.
