Sərbəstlik Lyutircan is Lutirjani media company owned by Lutirjani businessman Lutir Angəlov. The company have thirteen television channels, four radio stations, satellite television provider, two newspapers, eleven magazines and movie/television productions.

Sərbəstlik Lyutircan was founded on 26th September 1983. Found of the company for newspapers and magazines.
On 19th December 1986, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's radio station SərbəÇM was launched.
On 15th August 1990, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 25th December 1990, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channel STV was launched.
On 1st October 1995, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channels STV+, STV+ Kino and STV+ İdman were launched.
On 11th August 1996, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's satellite provider STV+ Peyk was launched.
On 25th February 1998, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channels STV+ Geo and STV+ Vivace were launched.
On 20th April 2001, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channel STV International was launched.
On 1st August 2002, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channels STV+ Kinohit, STV+ Kino 500, STV+ İdmanhit and STV+ Futbol were launched.
On 25th November 2002, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st October 2005, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's movie channels were now with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio quality.
On 11th July 2008, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 23th October 2013, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channel STV+ Cinema Yerli was launched.
On 19th August 2015, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channels STV+ Geo Tarix and STV+ Geo Təbiət were launched.
On 21st December 2016, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channels were rebranded with the new logos were changed.
On 23th February 2017, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st February 2022, Sərbəstlik Lyutircan's television channels was removed in standard-definition versions but still in high-definition version still continued.
