SPI International Hungary is Hungarian media company owned by SPI International. The company have fifteen television channels and two streaming services.
History[]
SPI International Hungary was founded on 1st March 2008. Found of the company for television channel Filmbox HD.
On 1st May 2010, SPI International's movie channels Filmbox Family and Filmbox Extra were launched.
On 23rd September 2010, SPI International's movie channels Filmbox and Filmbox Plus were launched.
On 1st October 2013, SPI International's channels were rebranded with the new logos were changed.
On 1st April 2017, SPI International's television channel Filmbox Arthouse was launched.
On 12th October 2017, SPI International was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 18th March 2022, SPI International was acquired by Groupe Canal+.
