STV+ Sport 2 is Lutirjani television network owned by Sərbəstlik Lyutircan. The channel broadcasts sports events related to football, tennis, basketball, motorsports, athletics and mixed martial arts.
History[]
STV+ Sport 2 was launched on 1st August 2002 as STV+ İdmanhit. Launch of the broadcast for sports.
On 13th August 2004, STV+ İdmanhit was broadcasted the Summer Olympic Games in Athens.
On 1st November 2007, STV+ İdmanhit was renamed as STV+ Sport Plus.
On 15th May 2011, STV+ Sport Plus was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 23rd October 2013, STV+ Sport Plus was launched in high-definition version.
On 21st December 2016, STV+ Sport Plus was renamed as STV+ Sport 2.
On 1st April 2020, STV+ Sport 2 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
