Sky was founded on 1st February 2005. Found of the provide for direct satellite television. Originally owned by Delta Holding and BSkyB.
On 7th March 2007, Sky was rebranded and the new logo was changed.
On 1st November 2009, Sky was rebranded and the new logo was changed.
On 30th August 2014, Sky was acquired by Grupa Nacional's telecommunication Megamobil.
On 5th December 2014, Sky was closed by reason: license required.
