Sportmax 2 is Korfish television network owned by Digimax. The channel broadcasts sports events related to football, basketball, motorsports, tennis and cyclism.
History[]
Sportmax 2 was launched on 15th November 2003 as Ekran Spor İki. Launch of the broadcast for sports events.
On 15th September 2004, Ekran Spor İki was renamed as Ekran Spor 2.
On 19th March 2008, Ekran Spor 2's high-definition channel Ekran Spor HD was launched.
On 1st June 2009, Ekran Spor 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 20th February 2013, Ekran Spor 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 1st December 2015, Ekran Spor 2 was acquired by Digimax.
On 20th January 2017, Ekran Spor 2 was renamed as Sportmax 2.
On 1st January 2020, Sportmax 2 was closed in standard-definition version.
